We aim to deliver your toys quickly and safely across the United Arab Emirates. Below are our shipping and delivery terms.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays. After your order is confirmed you will receive an email with order details and tracking information (if available).
Delivery within the UAE
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days depending on the delivery location.
- Remote areas: may take longer. We will notify you if a delay is expected.
- Delivery partner: We use trusted local couriers; you may receive SMS or WhatsApp notifications from them.
Shipping fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the order weight and delivery address. We may offer free delivery for orders that meet a minimum order value — configure this in your store settings if desired.
Delivery attempts & returns
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery.
- If both attempts fail the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery or return fees may apply.
- Please make sure your contact number and address are correct to avoid delays.
International shipping
