At Toys4ushop.com, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Opened, used, or damaged products (unless received damaged)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support within the return period at:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. After approval, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of acceptance or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • We can also provide a store credit or an exchange if you prefer.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If the return is due to our error, we will reimburse the return shipping or provide a prepaid shipping label.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
